Terms of sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours Monday to Friday, excluding public bank holidays.
Our contract
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This email is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card.
Pricing and availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs may be charged in addition and are clearly displayed at checkout and included in the total cost.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders based on information that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including errors regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or return policies.
Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from the UK. We aim to process all orders within 48 hours Monday to Friday, excluding public bank holidays, with a cut-off time of 11am GMT.
We offer complimentary standard delivery within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48. An express delivery option (Royal Mail Tracked 24) may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
International orders are dispatched via tracked international courier and typically arrive within 7 working days, depending on destination. We ship to all countries worldwide.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes applied when the delivery reaches its destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for any such costs. If international shipping costs more than the quoted price we will notify you by email before proceeding with your order.
For security reasons, all orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier will make up to three delivery attempts. If after three attempts and five days with no communication the parcel remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse.
We take no responsibility for delivery delays outside our control, including customs checks or delays on the part of the courier. If you require delivery by a specific date please order well in advance.
All purchases are shipped in a garment bag inside a box.
Returns & refunds
We hope you love everything you order from Bandari. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following returns policy in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
UK returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return all or part of your order. Returns are free for UK customers. To return an item please visit our returns portal at [link] and follow the instructions. Please retain your proof of postage as you are liable for the parcel until it is received back by us.
All garments must be unworn, unwashed and returned with tags attached. We are unable to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the returned garments. We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
International returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return all or part of your order. We accept international returns, however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at hello@playbandari.com for instructions on how to return an international order.

Sale and discounted items
Discounted, sale and customised items are final sale. We are unable to offer returns or refunds on these items.
Discount codes
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes. Only one promotional code may be used per full price order. A promotional code cannot be used after an order has been placed or during seasonal sales, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional codes are issued for personal use only and must not be shared, posted publicly or used by anyone other than the intended recipient. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any promotional code that we believe has been misused, without prior notice.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and do not need to be spent in a single transaction. Once a gift voucher has been allocated to an individual account it becomes the property of that account holder. We reserve the right to decline to discuss gift voucher details with anyone other than the account holder to whom it is allocated.
Preorder
We occasionally offer preorder on selected products. Although these items are not in stock at the time of purchase, an estimated shipping date is provided on each product page and is subject to change. Payment is taken at the time of placing a preorder. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, they will be dispatched separately as they become available. Shipping fees will only be charged once.
Linking to this website
