Ordering

How do I know which size to order? 

Please visit our sizing page for detailed sizing information.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once the order has been processed you will need to receive the parcel and issue a return.

Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message option?

Sorry we don’t currently offer this, but we hope to offer gist wrapping for seasonal promotions.

I've placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email — what should I do?

How  long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I return my order?

Can I exchange for a different size instead of returning?

No problem, but we ask that you return the original garment for a refund and order a new size in a separate order. 

What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?

Please take a photo of the fault or incorrect item and email us at hello@playbandari.com with the photos and a description of the issue. 

Can I return sale items?

Discounted, sale and customised items are final sale and no returns/refunds will be issued.

How do your sizes come up — true to size, or should I size up/down?

What fabric are your garments made from and why?

All the garments in our first collection are made from 100% cotton. The vest and sweatshirt are made from 100% organic cotton and the dress and skirt are 100% luxury Italian Piquet cotton.

How should I wash and care for my garments?

Are your fabrics sustainable or ethically sourced?

Are your clothes suitable for other racket sports or just padel?

While our brand is focused on padel, you can of course wear our clothes for other sports and off-court too.

The Brand

Who are your founders?

We are a 100% woman-owned padel brand.

Bandari was born in 2026 on the padel courts of Somerset, and founded by fashion designer Bonita Newby and former journalist and entrepreneur Joanna Busk.

Designers & Founders Bonita & Joanna found that there just wasn’t a quality padel brand that they wanted to wear, so they have designed their first collection.

The aim is to grow the brand into a clothing and accessories brand, bringing quality, luxury and  style to padel courts worldwide. 

Where are your products made?

The collection is proudly made in a small factory in Portugal and designed in our studio in Somerset, UK.

The first collection is sold through this website only, but we aim to sell through clubs, shops, hotels and selected retailers in the near future.
