How do I know which size to order?
We want you to find your perfect fit first time. Please visit our sizing guide for detailed measurements, fit notes for each garment, and advice on sizing up or down.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order has been processed we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please receive your parcel and follow our simple returns process if needed.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message option?
We don't yet offer gift wrapping, but we hope to introduce this for seasonal promotions. Watch this space.
I've placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email — what should I do?
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If your confirmation still hasn't arrived, contact us at hello@playbandari.com and we'll look into it straight away.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within 2 working days. International orders are usually delivered within 7 working days. Please visit our shipping and delivery page for full details.
Can I return my order?
Yes — you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any item. Please visit our returns page for full details on UK and international returns.
Can I exchange for a different size instead of returning?
We'd love to make sure you find your perfect fit. Simply return your original garment for a full refund and place a new order in your preferred size. Our team is always happy to help with sizing advice before you reorder — just email us at hello@playbandari.com.
What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?
We are so sorry if this happens. Please photograph the fault or incorrect item and email us at hello@playbandari.com with your photos and a brief description of the issue. We aim to resolve all quality issues within 24 hours and will always make it right.
Can I return sale items?
Discounted, sale and customised items are final sale. We are unable to offer returns or refunds on these items.

How do your sizes come up — true to size, or should I size up/down?
Our garments are designed to fit true to size, with some variation by style. Please visit our sizing guide for detailed fit notes on each piece, including advice on sizing up or down for your preferred fit.
What fabric are your garments made from and why?
All pieces in our first collection are crafted from 100% cotton. The top and sweatshirt are made from 100% organic cotton jersey .The dress and skort are crafted from 100% luxury Italian cotton piqué, a fabric with a long heritage in premium sportswear.
How should I wash and care for my garments?
Please visit our care guide for full fabric care instructions, including washing temperatures and garment-specific guidance to keep your Bandari pieces looking beautiful.
Are your fabrics sustainable or ethically sourced?
Sustainability is at the heart of Bandari. Our top and sweatshirt are crafted from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, and our entire first collection is manufactured in a small, carefully selected factory in Portugal. We believe in making fewer, higher quality pieces that are designed to last.
Are your clothes suitable for other racket sports or just padel?
While Bandari is designed specifically as luxury women's padel clothing, our pieces work beautifully for tennis, pickleball and other racket sports too and are designed to transition effortlessly from court to everyday life.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and pay later option Klarna.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Completely. Our website is fully SSL encrypted and all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, one of the world's most trusted e-commerce payment systems. We never store your card details.
The Brand
Who are your founders?
Fashion designer, Bonita Newby and entrepreneur Joanna Busk. Bandari was created to fill the gap that existed for high quality, aesthetically interesting padel clothing in natural fabrics. The goal is to bring colour and elegance to padel courts worldwide.
Where are your products made?
The collection is designed in our studio in Somerset, UK, and manufactured in a small, carefully selected factory in Portugal. Every piece is made to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Are you a sustainable brand?
Sustainability is central to everything we do at Bandari. We use organic cotton, manufacture in small batches in Portugal to minimise waste, and design pieces built to last rather than follow fast fashion trends. We are committed to being transparent about our supply chain as the brand grows.
Where can I buy your products?
Our first collection is available exclusively through this website. We plan to expand into selected padel clubs, hotels and premium retailers in the near future. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear about new stockists.
Do you offer wholesale orders?
