DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK Shipping

All UK orders qualify for free UK delivery, Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You MAY have an option to pay extra for Express Delivery 24 at checkout. 

UK Deliveries will arrive by Royal Mail. If you are not present when your parcel arrives, it could be taken to your local sorting office, and a card will be left informing you of where you can go to collect it.

If your delivery is being sent to you in the UK by Express Delivery, it will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not present when it arrives it will be taken to the local depot, and a card will be left informing you of where you can go to obtain it, or to arrange a re-delivery with the courier.

Your delivery will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date where possible. 

International Delivery

EUROPE £30 – REST OF WORLD £35

Orders are sent by international courier and tracked, door tracking service, delivery usually within 7 working days.  

We deliver to all countries worldwide. If you order products from our site for international delivery your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for any such costs. In certain circumstances international shipping may cost more than the quoted price, if this is the case we will notify you by email before we proceed with your order.

 

RETURNS 

We hope that you enjoy everything that you order from us, but if you want to return all or part of your order, you have 14 working days from the date you receive your delivery, in which to do so. All garments must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached in order for us to accept your return(s).

UK returns

Returns are free for UK residents only.

To return an item please click on this link and enter the following information XXXXXXXXXXXX  Please retain the proof of postage in case it goes missing, as you are liable for the parcel up until delivery back to us.

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the garments.

We will process your refund within 5 working days. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

International returns

We accept international returns, but you are liable for return shipping costs. Please contact us for more information about how to send an international order back to us.
